1. Is packaged food really fresh? How does it maintain its freshness?
All products are flash frozen immediately after production. Thanks to our specially designed packaging, our meals are completely isolated from the external environment and are kept frozen and maintain their freshness at the final consumption level. At the moment of consumption, it is as natural and delicious as if it had been cooked that day. Additionally, we do not need to use any preservatives or chemicals in our meals.
 
 
2. I don't like packaged food very much. Is your food delicious?
Contrary to pasteurization techniques known and used in the industry, Nutra Fresh prepares its meals as if they were cooked in a restaurant.
It receives protection with its own special technology. 
In these unpasteurized dishes, there is no loss of flavor after packaging. In conclusion; The taste and quality of Nutra Fresh food can only be compared to the best artisan restaurants.
 
 
3. Are there any additives in your meals? Are your meals healthy?
No, no additives, preservatives, "substance E" or food coloring are used in Nutra Fresh meals. In fact, since Nutra Fresh has adopted the natural nutrition style of human beings for thousands of years, no oil other than "Quality Oil and Butter" is used. The products are used in the most organic and raw quality. We say health first, then taste.

4. What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 16.00 between Monday and Thursday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 on Thursday will be shipped at noon on the following Monday. 
The products are delivered safely by "Yurtiçi Kargo" in a styrofoam and Nutra cardboard box with ice gels. Your order will reach you within approximately 24-48 hours.
 
 
 
5. What are the storage conditions?
If the food is thawed or has started to thaw when you receive your order, you can keep it in the refrigerator at +4 degrees and consume it within 5 days.
If it is still frozen, you can store it at -18 degrees (in the freezer or deep freezer) and consume it until the expiry date written on the vacuum packaging.
Attention: The SKT (expiration date) of each dish is different.
